Request Delete Account for Easy Alarm

 At Easy Alarm, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your account and data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data,  follow the steps below:

Delete Your Account From Within the Easy Alarm App:

Open the already logged in Easy Alarm App, then click account logo at the top right of home screen, then choose profile. At the bottom of the profile screen click Delete My Account button, then click delete for confirmation. If the process has no error you will be logged out and all your data associated with your account will be deleted.

In case you have problem opening your app, you can request to delete your account by following below instructions.

How to Request Account and Data Deletion:

  1. Send Email to ceurapelab.inc@gmail.com
  2. In the email form make title "request account deletion for easy alarm"
  3. In the email body describe your account to be deleted such as phone number and name, and our support team will process your request within 7 business days.

What Data Will Be Deleted:

  • Your personal information (e.g., phone number,  name, email, profile photo)
  • All alarms you have sent and received from other contacts
  • Any saved content associated with your account

What Data May Be Retained:

  • We don't retain any information regarding users data.
